Hosted on SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure with automated backups, DDoS protection, and 99.9% uptime SLA. All servers are located in North America.

Data Isolation

Each customer's data is logically isolated. Your documents and analyses are never shared with, visible to, or used to train models for other customers.

Monitoring

24/7 automated monitoring for anomalous access patterns and potential threats. Incident response procedures are tested quarterly.
